  • Largest watershed entirely within in St. Maryís County (45,336 acres);
  • Stretches approximately 8 miles from the riverís mouth to the head of tide (with over 84 miles of shoreline);
  • Over 165 miles of freshwater perennial and intermittent streams;
  • Over 325 miles of roads and residential streets;
  • 19 principal subwatersheds with widely varying levels of impact from development in the various subwatersheds
