The St. Mary’s River Watershed Association needs help filling bags with oyster shells! This event will be held at our field site in St. Inigoes (14929 Point Lookout Rd, St. Inigoes, MD 20684), and take place from 9 am to 12 pm. Two volunteer dates are scheduled for March 14 and 21. We will bag shells until we have enough for our summer operations (400 bags!). Please feel free to sign up for one or all of them. If you can only make it for an hour or two, that is okay, too!

The work is dirty, outdoors, and labor intensive. Wear closed-toe shoes to protect your feet and bring potable water. We will supply gloves. The public is invited to participate.
